Refund and cancellation policy

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. No questions, no forms.
Refunds

| Search Pass or Career Ready | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase, however much you've used it. |
| Application top-up | Full refund within 14 days of purchase. |
| Recruiter Pro | Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Later quarters aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal. |
After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or Elayto had a serious fault we couldn't fix. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of your plan.
How to ask
- In the app: Account → Billing → Request refund.
- Or email hello@elayto.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt.
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the card or payment method you used. They usually show within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Any tax charged is refunded with it.
When a refund is issued, the plan ends and its remaining usage is removed. Your profile and data stay in your account unless you delete them.
Cancellation
- Search Pass, Career Ready and top-ups don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. They simply end.
- Recruiter Pro renews each quarter. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the quarter you paid for.
Fair use
We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person, or requests linked to misuse of the service.
